Stochastic Planner

Are you tired of projects not completing on time?  Maybe the problem is that the initial timelines are not realistic due tot he limitations of your Project Management tools.  If you use MS Project, all tasks are given a single fixed timeline.  This is not how the real world works, and hence, there are Stochastic methods which take into account Best Case, Worst Case and Most Likely parameters for task duration.  Stochastic Planner uses these methods to determine project and sub-project timelines with a given % chance of the timeline being completed.  Stochastic methods are used by the worlds largest shipping distribution firms such as Amazon.com, Walmart and Sears.  You too can now use these methods in an easy to use application designed for anyone from the lone engineer working on just one project to a large firm coordinating hundreds of staff. Personal (Data File based) and Enterprise (SQL Database based) versions are available.

Performance Evaluation System

Performance reviews are often subjective analysis by a manager.  It does not have to be this way.  NASA has developed objective analysis methods that can be integrated with the project task management.  GCPI has intergrated these tools into a PHP based web service which allows for the small local firms or very large global organizations to both control projects using the same methods used in Stochastic Planner, but web enabled and with performance analysis and award recommendations.  Now employers and employees can review an objective performance analsysis at the annual employee review.
