Our Founding: Prof. David A. Rivkin, PhD, PE - Founder Global Consulting & Patents Intl., has over 20 years experience in management, engineering and patent development in high-technology companies. He has extensive experience in advising companies, venture capital funds, mutual funds and law firms in technology related business, engineering and patent prosecution. He founded SciEssence, LLC in 1998 where he served as its President and CTO.
Prof. Rivkin is presently Professor of Physical and Life Sciences And Professor of
Business Sciences at European-American University and Adjunct Professor of
Engineering Management at National University. Our new President begins leading a world class team starting January 2008 The GCP Intl. Team is made up of the top talent in the sciences, engineering and business from around the world. Nearly all of our staff hold PhDs and are world leaders in their field of expertise. Our team has extensive experience in engineering management, intellectual property, regulatory requirements and technology related matters.
